These Terms of Service govern your use of Forge's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Forge provides digital agency services including brand identity, web design, web development, and digital marketing. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in individual project proposals and contracts.

Project Engagement

All projects begin with a signed proposal that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties and may affect timeline and cost.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly charge.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for your project is assigned to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.
