Most projects run 6-12 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. We'll provide a detailed timeline during our discovery phase. Rush projects are available for an additional fee.

Do you work with startups or only established brands?

We work with both. Our Starter tier is designed specifically for early-stage companies, while our Growth and Enterprise tiers serve scaling and established brands. Great work isn't exclusive to big budgets.

What's included in the discovery phase?

Our discovery phase includes stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, audience research, brand audit, and strategic recommendations. This typically takes 1-2 weeks and ensures every design decision is informed by data.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Absolutely. We regularly work within existing brand systems. Whether you need a refresh or a complete overhaul, we adapt our process to your needs.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Every tier includes post-launch support. We also offer retainer agreements for ongoing design, development, and marketing needs. Most of our clients stay with us long-term.
